COACHES ROLE

a. Give each player equal attention, equal opportunity to learn and as equal playing time as possible to develop as many players as possible. Developing a select few players to move on as the progress to older age groups is against the clubs philosophy.

b. Allow each player opportunities to learn to play all positions rather than to focus on one position.

c. To provide age appropriate activities.

d. To foster an environment where players learn, develop and understand the game by using their creativity.

e. To provide for the safety of all players.

f. To promote ethical play which is to develop an understanding of the spirit of the game.
